Help with logging in and solutions to login issues.
To log in to Youandx, go to youandx.com, hover over the hamburger menu (the three horizontal lines) in the top right corner, and select "Sign in". Here you need to enter your email address and password and select "Sign in".
Problems logging in?
If you get the error message "Login failed, please try again", this can occur for a variety of reasons.
We have gathered the most common problems and related solutions below:
- Maybe you forgot your password? To reset the code, go to youandx.com/login and click "Forgot password?", then enter the email address you used to apply as an expert at Youandx. You will shortly receive an email with further instructions so you can reset your password. If you receive nothing, we encourage you to check the "junk mail" folder.
- Using multiple email addresses? If you have forgotten the email address you used to apply as an expert at Youandx, please contact us by phone, chat or email and we will be able to help you.
Log in without password
Once you are on youandx.com/login, you can tap on 'Sign in without password'. When you do this, an email will be sent to your email address, where you will be given a button that you can press.
When the button is pressed, you are automatically logged in - no password needed!
